Current JMPHS students do not need to register.

Siblings of current JMPHS students who wish to attend JMPHS, DO need to register.

All students who will be attending JMPHS for the first time need to register.

The form is available at the school office, or download it from the link below. If you dowload the form, you can print it and fill out by hand or you can fill out the form electronically, save it, and submit the file via email to the principal, Mark Akerman, at makerman@jmphs.org.

Remember - there is no tuition cost to attend JMPHS. JMPHS is a public charter school, not a private school. JMPHS students have the priviledge to participate in FHSAA sports at Madison County High School.
